This refund is subject to the following limitations:
1) You must use our recommended initial account minimum opening balance of $15,000.00, deposited in an account registered to you. This avoids dilution of profits by commissions and fees.
2) You must have made all of the trades (including exit trades) during your subscription period using capital in an account registered to you, in order to request a refund. All account information must be provided for review by our administration team. This review shall take no more than 60 days.
3) EVERY trade selection that is completed and closed each month will be included in results calculations. 'Cherry Picking' or focusing on a few specific trades will not be allowed.
4) NO SINGLE POSITION should exceed 5% of your total account balance. ALL monthly selections will be included and divided EQUALLY for results. At no time should your account fall below the 15% threshold of available equity. If it does, it should be corrected by reducing option requirements to a level which will be sufficient to meet this threshold within 2 days of occurance.
5) LOSSES will be calculated at a maximum 25% STOP LOSS LIMIT from the initial entry price in any suggested position. GAINS will be calculated at our suggested EXIT PRICE, for each suggested position during the 'active' holding period.
6) ALL GAINS and/or LOSSES will be calculated with NO ADJUSTMENT for SLIPPAGE due to transaction commissions, brokerage fees, margin expenses, or any other costs that may be associated with any transaction.
7) Monthly gain/loss results will be based on ALL COMPLETED and CLOSED suggested transactions from the first day of each monthly subscription period to the last day of each monthly subscription period regardless of when the transaction was first initiated.
8) You must have had at least 1 full year of subscription to this service, without any lapse, from the time of commencement of the service period.
Past results do not guarantee future results. Option trading involves substantial risk. You can lose money trading options and the loss can be substantial but is limited to your investment. Losing trades can occur, have occurred in the past, and will occur in the future. Only risk capital should be invested since it is possible to lose all of your principal. Without limiting the foregoing disclaimer, neither Goldmine Investment Group, LLC nor its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, and agents makes any warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate, reliable or timely; (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, newsletters or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; and (v) any errors in the web site or the software will be corrected.
All information contained in this Service should be independently verified.
Your subscription(s) will renew automatically each month according to your authorization at the time of purchase, unless you notify us 3 days prior to the monthly renewal date, of your decision not to renew your subscription. If you do not notify us, the then-applicable subscription fee(s) will be billed automatically to the credit card then designated on our records for the next 30 day service period. Goldmine Investment Group, LLC does not refund prorated portions of a 30 day service period.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and use of the Service at any time for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement of these Terms of Service.
